How to save a photo from a video
Open Stills and choose Import Video to select a video from your library. Move the slider to find the moment you want, then use the precise frame controls to refine your selection. Choose Save Photo to keep that frame as a photo. The interface stays simple so you can focus on the moment, not the tools.
Keep the original video resolution
Stills exports the selected frame at the same resolution as your source video, rather than taking a screenshot of the player. A higher-resolution video gives you a higher-resolution photo. The result still depends on the original footage, including its focus, lighting and motion blur.
Your moments, with privacy
